We quantify impact

We are a growing team of engineers and energy experts in Nairobi, Kenya that create and use our own cost-effective digital hardware and software reporting tools to measure the user impacts of clean energy access investments in Africa.

Electric Mobility

We measure the field-based usage dynamics of electric vehicles. We additionally have access to a sports devices dynamometer for direct lab-based energy efficiency comparisons between various brands of fuel and electric motorcycles.

Clean Cooking

We perform field measurement of various cookstoves (Biomass, Electric and bio-ethanol) and link their usage to measured co-benefits including reductions in Indoor Air Pollution (PM2.5 and CO)

PUE

We directly measure the usage of productive use appliances such as grain mills and solar water pumps and link these to agricultural output indicators.

Cooling

We directly measure the usage of refrigerators and walk-in cold rooms for agriculture and determine the drivers adoption.
